Woke up at 5:55 to the alarm I set on my phone
Time would be plenty if I snoozed to 6:20
didn't need to be there until 6:30.
Then I dreamt I was in a tree, in a field, with a dog, on a beach.

Pants on my legs, do it on the reg
Then I pocket my phone and go to brush my teeth
Walk down the stairs then back up the stairs
because I forgot my keys in my other pants
And I thought about my dream
What could all the symbology mean?

And then I walked mainly on the sidewalk
but three times had to cross the street
The streets were empty around 6:33
and so was my motivation
But then I thought about that dog
I hope he meets me back there again someday
